Alan Krieger is the founder and president of Krieger Solutions, LLC. Mr. Krieger is a highly regarded international trainer and consultant with over 25 years experience in training, leadership and organizational development.
He has run Krieger Solutions since 1992, providing training and consulting services to thousands of supervisors, managers and line staff, working with national governments, international organizations, hospitals, state agencies, small corporations, non-profit organizations, and statewide associations. He has served as Executive Director of two organizations.
Mr. Krieger’s expertise is in designing and facilitating training and organizational development initiatives. These include: supervisory development, team building and strategic planning projects that improve employee satisfaction and overall organizational performance.
Mr. Krieger designed a highly accurate communication style assessment tool that underlies many of the training programs delivered by Krieger Solutions. He has a Master of Science Degree in Management from Antioch New England Graduate School.
Bonnie Edelstein runs her own organization development consulting firm and since 2002 has partnered with Krieger Solutions, LLC on organizational development projects. She provides a wide variety of organizational improvement services, including assessment and analysis, problem-solving guidance and facilitation, strategic planning, and executive coaching.
Ms Edelstein has expertise in the "people side" of organizational change, building productive working relationships and teamwork, and managing successful change initiatives. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and 360º feedback instruments.
Ms Edelstein was formerly a director of organization development for Firstar Bank in Wisconsin and for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in Albany. She received a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from the Business School of Pepperdine University.
Todd Mohrmann is the President of Dynamic Training Inc. which provides training and consulting to a wide variety of public and non-profit agencies. The business is located in New York City but has clients throughout the state. Dynamic Training does extensive work in early childhood education, human resource management, health care quality improvement, customer service and cultural competence. Mr. Mohrmann has worked with Krieger Solutions since 1998, providing management and communication skills training to New York State agencies.
Mr. Mohrmann has a Masters Degree in Communication with a concentration in Interpersonal/Intercultural Communication from the State University of New York at Albany.
Mary Helen Rosenstein is a highly skilled trainer who prior to becoming an independent consultant was the Director of Training at the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance. She has over 25 years of experience as a manager and supervisor. She has designed and presented courses in management, supervision, customer service, presentation and communications skills to a wide variety of organizations including NYS agencies, non-profit organizations, private sector companies and unions.
Ms Rosenstein was awarded the NYS Training Council's Maurice Schwadron Memorial Award in 1996 and the Hudson-Mohawk ASTD Award for Outstanding Public Sector Trainer in 2000. She has a BA degree from the State University of New York at Albany, and has worked with Krieger Solutions, LLC since 2005.
